Some people annoy you only a little with their loud ring tones, one-sided conversations, and general rudeness.

You don't want to be too mean or cruel, so I hope this stupid woman in front of me who barged her way onto the train, pushing me aside while yammering on we phone gets a painful infection.

Maybe her big toe, or a urinary tract. Just enough to give her some quality discomfort.
